Appointment Fee
The standard fee is $230 for a 45–50 minute individual or couples appointment.
Insurance
How Insurance Works
When you request an appointment online, you will be asked to provide your insurance information. Karen will review your benefits and confirm what you can expect to pay before your appointment. Coverage can vary—even among people with the same plan—so checking your individual benefits is the best way to avoid surprises.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
If plans change
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be charged the full session fee.
